1. Products: All products are custom-made and personalized based on photos and details you provide. Please review your order carefully before submitting your photo(s).

2. Pricing: Prices listed are in INR and may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will apply.

3. Order confirmation: Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and photo submission via WhatsApp.

4. Photo submission: You are responsible for ensuring the photo(s) you send are clear, appropriate, and that you have the right to use and print them. We reserve the right to refuse printing content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on third-party rights.

5. Shipping & delivery: Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for timelines and charges.

6. Returns & cancellations: Please refer to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability: We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products, beyond the value of the order itself.

8. Changes to terms: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
