Processing time: All our products are custom-made and printed only after we receive your photo(s) via WhatsApp. Please allow 1–3 business days for printing and packing once your photo is confirmed.

Delivery time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping charges: Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery areas: We currently ship across India.

Order tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email/SMS where available.

Delays: While we do our best to meet the timelines above, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or logistics issues beyond our control.
