Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Custom-made products: All our products are personalized and printed specifically for you based on the photo(s) you provide. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect photo submitted by the customer, or personal preference once printing has begun.

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before printing begins. Once we start printing your custom photo(s), the order cannot be cancelled or modified. Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email if you need to cancel.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos/video of the issue. We'll happily arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Refund method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Wrong address or delivery issues: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
